Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All bracelets are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be crafted, inspected, and packaged before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our studio.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $5.95
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.95
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each piece is made to order, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order has likely entered production.
